With decades of experience in both wrestling operations and software development, Mathews oversees key technology systems for USA Wrestling, including the national membership and event management platform, online registration tools, PIN ratings system, and most recently USA Bracketing. His work helps streamline tournament operations, improve data accuracy, and connect coaches, officials, and athletes across the country.
Before taking on his national leadership role, Mathews served within the Georgia wrestling community as a coach at all levels. His career spans roles from youth, high school and college programs to national-level events.
