

With a lifetime in wrestling and over 14 years working in the industry, Shane Benitz has built his career around growing the sport he loves. He joined FloSports in 2021 when the company acquired Trackwrestling, where he spent a decade as Director of Operations helping modernize the sport’s digital landscape. Shane is a former wrestler of Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln High School and spent more than 20 years coaching in both Buffalo, MN and Wisconsin Rapids, WI. A former teacher himself, Shane brings an educator’s mindset and a competitor’s passion to every partnership and project he leads.
