Organization Settings

How to manage your organization settings such as checking your invoice status, adding teams, and media contacts.

Welcome to MatBoss University. In this tutorial we will cover how to confirm and edit your organization settings.

Begin by logging in to your MatBoss account.

Once you're logged in, select the settings button in the upper righthand corner of the screen.

On the Settings page, you can confirm whether or not your payment has been made to MatBoss for the current season. You can view or pay your invoice by clicking the "Access Invoice" button.

Your MatBoss invoice can be paid via check or credit card directly from the electronic invoice.

From the Settings screen once again, click on the "Organization Settings" button.

On the Organization Settings screen, you may add a team that is in your conference or region so it is displayed in bold for convenient review when you generate MatBoss reports for your team.

You can also add media contacts which allow you to quickly email match results to the contacts listed.

In the Team Information section, select if you'd like to restrict your wrestlers to watch only their own videos or if you'd like them to have access to watch their teammates' videos as well.

Use the lead time drop-down menu to set how many seconds prior to each clip you would like the video to play for tagged clips as you mark them in the app.

You can also customize the names of your scorebooks within these organization settings.

Finally, click the "Save Changes" button to confirm your updates. Please note that these changes will be saved on all recording devices connected to your account after the "Perform Sync" button has been clicked on each device. This is also covered in more detail in a separate video.
