After uploading, the list of matches doesn’t show up, but the iPad is indicating that everything has been uploaded. What should I do?

Usually schools are more reliable than home WiFi, unless Firewalls prevent the Upload process. Even though the Match Videos are compressed in the MatBoss system, they are large files that may take several hours to Upload. In order to have the Upload proceed as smoothly as possible:

<ul><li>It is best to find the most stable WiFi connection location to perform the Upload.</li><li>Using a free app such as Ookla, run the Speed test to determine the Upload Speed, in the location you prefer to perform the Upload, and at the time you plan to Upload.</li><li>A steady speed of 10 mbps and higher is the recommended minimum.</li><li>You should test other locations to find the BEST place to Upload.</li></ul>
