How many iPads am I allowed to use with my account?

We no longer carry the cases and lenses for mobile devices. However, to improve a more steady video recording, we suggest using a case mounted to a tripod (if allowed) for your mobile device.  2 X Telephoto lenses are also available for most cases. We often recommend the iOgrapher brand in which you can also purchase additional zooming lenses.

Since the new version of the app allows for watching all video, the MatBoss Viewer app has been discontinued. The users area of our website has gotten a facelift as well, and went live last April. It now works very well with phones (another reason why the Viewer app was discontinued), so your wrestlers will be able to use a regular web browser app on their phones to access video.

I have an older iPad that will not update to the latest version of MatBoss.  Are there any MBU Videos that deal with the previous version?

An empty device with 16 GB of storage will hold 40-50 matches. You can see how much storage your device has free in the settings or there is a yellow bar that shows up on the match recording screen above the opponents name and shows like a gas gauge for storage.

No, there is no limit to the amount of video. As long as your program stays with MatBoss, the Stats and Video will always be accessible.

Is there a limit on the amount of video I can keep in the Cloud system?

To access your online account, you will need to use Google Chrome or Firefox from a computer or mobile device. Safari and Internet Explorer are not compatible with MatBoss.
