When should I Disconnect, then Connect my mobile device to our account?
You Connect your device(s) to your account, when you first begin using the MatBoss App.
You should only Disconnect, then Connect to your account at the beginning of each new year, or when directed by our Customer Support team. Disconnecting, then Connecting to your account will result in a loss of any video and stats that had not been previously uploaded to your account.
