This year's NCAA Division I tournament was arguably the best ever. If not the best, it comes pretty close. Spectators and fans saw a tournament filled with upsets from the first session. Anytime you see a seed in the 20s and 30's knock off a higher seed, it is exciting. We have a tendency as fans to think the higher seeds are safe during the early rounds.
