Whether you are taking over the reins and trying to develop a culture of success or a coach frustrated with a struggling program, a system must be implemented to win wrestling matches. Coach Long was a successful prep wrestler at Warwick High School in Pennsylvania. He was a four-year Division I starter at East Stroudsburg University, placing each year in the PSAC (Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference) Championships. After completing his competitive career, Long led Stevens Technical and Trade school to a top-five finish in the nation at the NJCAA national tournament. Coach Long is presently the head junior high wrestling coach at Warwick after spending many years as an assistant for the high school team.
