Nick Buonocore, the founder of the Reformed Sports Parent, joins The MatBoss Podcast with Chad Dennis to talk about what&#8217;s going on with youth sports. Buonocore has six kids and they participate in a variety of sports, including wrestling.
Buonocore was a member of North Carolina Wesleyan&#8217;s NCAA Division III baseball national championship team in 1999. Buonocore talks about how wrestling helped him be a better parent and how he&#8217;s been able to form an organization aimed at making youth sports about youth sports, not about all the negative stuff that has come with being a youth sports parent.
